GAME #3
June 1st..... the first day, of the sixth month, of the first time Multigrain would play against Forum in 2009!
The Multigrain team was anxious, eager, hungry for the match. The team assembled and with our powers combined we made Captain Wellhausen and his mighty cadets of batted crusaders. Forum listfuly limped lazily on to the field narrowly before this memorably match among men was to begin.
Our offense took the field with an intensity only shared by our impenatrable defense. Seth "aint no mountain high enough" Mountain dotted the skies with rounds of homers. Ryan "batting like bonds" Barry tangoed a titilating twosome between himself and the outfielders with his swith hitting. Lea "lofty softy" McRoberts kept the opposition guessing with her full swing bunts, and un-predictable lazer base hit rockets.
Defensively, Matt "the towering" Havalander set the bar high and the pitching range even higher with a spirit breaking NO HITTER!!! He went on to celebrate by getting 5 girls numbers, signing a few autographs, and posing for GQ!
Final score: 26 - 16

MultiGrain is a Softball team in the STL Architecture & Engineers Softball League and sponsered by YAFSTL.
